HAAS ST10Y: Integrated Turn-Mill
A high-performance Y-axis turning centre equipped with live tooling and C-axis capability. This advanced technology allows us to perform milling, drilling, and tapping while the part is still in the lathe.
Best For: Parts that require turning plus off-centre holes, slots, or contours in a single setup, reducing handling and increasing accuracy.
Capability: Eliminates the need to move parts between a lathe and a mill.
HURCO TM8i: Heavy-Duty Turning
A robust horizontal turning machine designed for more demanding industrial components. It features a high-torque 4,000 RPM spindle and a 12-station turret.Capacity: 14-inch maximum turning diameter with a 20.7-inch turning length.
Best For: Medium-sized components with simple to complex profiles requiring heavy metal removal.
HURCO TM6i: High-Speed Precision
A compact, high-speed lathe designed for rapid production and extreme accuracy. Its 6,000 RPM spindle allows for superior surface finishes on smaller parts.Capacity: 15.9-inch swing and 13.4-inch turning length.
Best For: Small, high-precision turned parts, threads, and high-volume production runs.
